Sample Pick-up:
For local customers (within 20 miles of Zip Code 89102), we can provide pick up services at NO charge.  Minimum “free” pick up size is 10 samples for analysis.  We offer testing discounts to offset some shipping costs (please see Pricing page).

The actual sample used for analysis are stored for 30 days, then discarded.  Any excess sample (if the sample you send us was larger than what was necessary for testing) is discarded  after viable analysis is performed.  Samples may be returned for a charge plus shipping and handling.  International clients – please inquire as to return charges prior to sending samples.  Any customer is welcome to pick up their entire sample, provided they let us know that they will be doing so when submitting their samples.
